What is the 28 Day Challenge?
I personally host challenge groups via Facebook. In this group we will spend a week meal prepping and stocking our pantries, learning how to get prepared and plan for success. Then we will start our fitness and nutrition on 2/2/16 . As your coach I will be doing daily check in’s and providing support and encouragement, along with the other challengers.
How do I join?
As your coach we chat about your personal health and fitness goals. I help determine if this group is the right fit for you, based on your goals.
Once you purchase your challenge pack I add you to the group and I help you get started.

Monday has such a bad reputation. It’s the most hated day of the week. And this Monday, the first after a holiday…dreaded. No one wants to go back to work or school and face another week full of long days before another weekend.
Today I challenge you to flip your stance on Monday. Don’t fear Monday, embrace it. Monday is a chance to have a new start. Whatever happened last week is now behind you and there is a brand new week in front of you. Step into your routine with a smile instead of a grimace.

This is my go to leg workout and I tackled it this morning bring and early. There was some grumbling, a few mumbled swear words and a lot of sweat!
I have a love/hate relationship with leg day.
–> I feel so strong and empowered when I’m done
–> It gives me a nice defined legs
–> It challenges me and makes me push through when I want to quit.
–> Stairs and toilets the next day – need I say more.
