Everything is going to be okay

Life, it can pack up a punch sometimes, right? You wake up with determination and before you know it the day runs you over and you’re just trying to stay on your feet.

Event 1What is the 28 Day Challenge?

I personally host challenge groups via Facebook. In this group we will spend a week meal prepping and stocking our pantries, learning how to get prepared and plan for success. Then we will start our fitness and nutrition on 2/2/16 . As your coach I will be doing daily check in’s and providing support and encouragement, along with the other challengers.

How do I join?

As your coach we chat about your personal health and fitness goals. I help determine if this group is the right fit for you, based on your goals.  Event 2

Once you purchase your challenge pack I add you to the group and I help you get started.

Your story isn’t over yet.

A year ago, I was lost.

We had been out of the Air Force for 6 months and things were still a mess. Everything about our future was uncertain. I was filled with fear and scared.

But in my heart I knew that that’s not how my story would end. In my darkest moments I clung to the hope that I had the power to change our ending.

–> I wiped my tears and poured my heart into my business.

–> I showed up when it was hard and didn’t back down.
–> I never, ever gave up.

Looking back, I know that those hard times were put in my path to shape who I am today. I’ve learned more about myself, refined my vision for my life and grown into who I needed to be to make my dreams come true.

Here’s the truth: You might be going through some crazy dark moments and life might feel impossible. The burden’s you’re carrying feel so heavy and you have no idea how you’ll make it through. But that was how I felt last year too and I made it out. So will you. Keep believing, keep trusting and never lose hope. You can change your ending. I’m so excited to share this story from my coach Susan. She absolutely blows me away with her strength, determination and desire to change her life and the lives of those around her.

Her top weight was 205 pounds and she had hit a plateau at 175. She was looking to find something that would help her get past it, but was skeptical if the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology was the right thing. We talked about it and I asked her to trust me and if she wasn’t happy she could send it all back. Workout Wednesday: Killer Leg Day

RTC 174

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!

This is my go to leg workout and I tackled it this morning bring and early. There was some grumbling, a few mumbled swear words and a lot of sweat!

I have a love/hate relationship with leg day.
LOVE:
–> I feel so strong and empowered when I’m done
–> It gives me a nice defined legs
–> It challenges me and makes me push through when I want to quit.

HATE:
–> Stairs and toilets the next day – need I say more.
