Event 1What is the 28 Day Challenge?

I personally host challenge groups via Facebook. In this group we will spend a week meal prepping and stocking our pantries, learning how to get prepared and plan for success. Then we will start our fitness and nutrition on 2/2/16 . As your coach I will be doing daily check in’s and providing support and encouragement, along with the other challengers.

How do I join?

As your coach we chat about your personal health and fitness goals. I help determine if this group is the right fit for you, based on your goals.  Event 2

Once you purchase your challenge pack I add you to the group and I help you get started.

O’Dark Thirty

Time: It never seems to be on anyone’s side.

“I don’t have time to workout. You don’t understand how busy I am”

Trut12246904_10208532177170095_2376940590055972353_nh: Everyone is busy. You are no more busy than anyone else. Instead of saying “I don’t have time” try saying “It’s not a priority” because that’s the truth. <— Ouch. 🙈

I’m not special and I don’t have any super powers or extra hours in my day. Here is what helps me fit in workouts with a busy schedule:

–> Be selfish with your time before anyone is awake. That might mean sacrificing some sleep. I promise losing 30 minutes of sleep to do a workout will actually make you feel more energized throughout the day.
–> Put yourself on your own calendar. If you don’t plan a time to do it, your day will run you over.
–> Push yourself when you don’t want to. If you wait to feel like working out, you’ll be waiting a long time. You can’t feel yourself into an action but you can act your way into a feeling.
–> Find a workout accountability partner that you can text/call that will push you through your excuses.

Just do it. <— Simple advice but completely spot on!

Challenge your limits!!

–> I didn’t know how to do it and was intimidated
–> I didn’t want to “bulk up”
–> I didn’t want to go to the gym and be around all the scary muscle dudes.

What I have learned:

Team Chaos – Now Accepting Applications

When I first started coaching with purpose in August 2014, I had no idea where it would take me or if I would be successful. I had big dreams, a clear purpose to help others and a need to help my family financially. I wanted the best of both worlds, a full time income and the ability to stay home with my kids.

Being a coach has allowed me to help many women with their health and fitness, mentor other women to build a business of their own and has helped my family as we transitioned out of the military. I feel truly blessed that I am now living my dream and can continue to stay home with my kids and earn a full time income.

While I was in Nashville I had the privilege of working out with Shaun T. Before we got started he talked about not just going through the movements of exercise but really focusing on something while you’re doing it.

My focus: to be strong, even when I don’t feel strong.

LOVE YOUR BODY

Day 16

Your body is an amazing thing and you need to respect it by feeding it healthy food, taking care of it with exercise and loving it where it is today. Even if you’re not at your goal you need to love your body for all that it is today. Your body is doing amazing things for you as you work towards your goals.

Who’s the boss?

What a true blessing it is to be able to…

—> Have freedom and flexibility
—> Get paid every single week
—> Be home with my kids

I once didn’t believe I could work from home and earn enough to live. I thought it sounded too good to be true. I had doubts and fears that held me back. I was skeptical.

I pushed through those feelings and gave it a chance anyways. I didn’t have anything to lose and in doing so I gained so much. I gained freedom and that’s priceless.
