I <3 MeI’m so excited about my newest challenge group for the  21 Day Fix called, I ❤ Me!! I will be accepting 3 new people to join me  in February!

Event 1What is the 28 Day Challenge?

I personally host challenge groups via Facebook. In this group we will spend a week meal prepping and stocking our pantries, learning how to get prepared and plan for success. Then we will start our fitness and nutrition on 2/2/16 . As your coach I will be doing daily check in’s and providing support and encouragement, along with the other challengers.

How do I join?

As your coach we chat about your personal health and fitness goals. I help determine if this group is the right fit for you, based on your goals.  Event 2

Once you purchase your challenge pack I add you to the group and I help you get started.

  • I take coaching people very seriously and do all I can to ensure you reach your goals.

Transformation Tuesday

Transformation Tuesday:

I’m so excited to share this story from my coach Susan. She absolutely blows me away with her strength, determination and desire to change her life and the lives of those around her.

Her top weight was 205 pounds and she had hit a plateau at 175. She was looking to find something that would help her get past it, but was skeptical if the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology was the right thing. We talked about it and I asked her to trust me and if she wasn’t happy she could send it all back. Give yourself grace

I had a reality check this morning when I stepped on the scale. I had gained 7 pounds in 3 weeks and my first reaction was to beat myself up. I fall into old habits quickly and for most of my life I have hated myself and never felt like I was good enough.

But then I thought, what would I tell my friend if she were in my shoes this morning. I’d say, “Give yourself some grace.”

The truth is, I’ve been fighting through some depression this summer. I normally love to exercise and my eating isn’t always perfect but I can usually keep it good for 90% of the time. But lately, it’s been a free for all on food and zero exercise. I’ve been letting my emotions control all of my actions. I’ve been a mess and I can’t take it anymore.

All of this ends today. I need to find me again. It’s not about the number on the scale but how I feel in my own skin. I want to feel confident and happy again. I want to be proud of my hard work.

Operation: Find Ashley Again is now in session.

What do you see?

What do you see when you look in the mirror?

–> Are you seeing only flaws and imperfections?
–> Are you comparing yourself to everyone?

Here’s some truth: YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!!

Stop talking to yourself negatively.
Stop beating yourself up for not being a certain weight or size.
Stop being so hard on yourself.

Love yourself where you are today, even if you want to change. It’s impossible to reach new goals if you’re constantly berating yourself for who you are today.

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Transformation Tuesday!!

I think all too often we like to focus on just the physical transformation and today I would like to spotlight a new coach in my downline.

This is her transformation and in 21 days she changed her body on the outside, she lost 10 lbs and 10 inches, but more importantly she had an internal transformation as well. I had the pleasure of talking to her yesterday and I was absolutely blown away with her story.

Here is what she told me:
–> She’s no longer depressed or anxious.
–> She feels confident again and she hasn’t felt that way in years.
–> Two serious health issues, that she’s been dealing with for years are correcting themselves.

She followed the 21 Day Fix meal plan completely, did her workouts and drank Shakeology. Her life is completely different and the happiness I saw in her eyes was priceless!

Eat your veggies!

Are you eating your veggies?

I love salads but after awhile they get kind of boring. My favorite way to cook veggies is to roast them in the oven.

Today’s medley: brussel sprouts, carrots, butternut squash and red potatoes.

Directions: Roast them in the oven at 425.  Take them out when they’re fork tender.

If following the 21 Day Fix: 2 green and 1 yellow.

LOVE YOUR BODY

Day 16

Your body is an amazing thing and you need to respect it by feeding it healthy food, taking care of it with exercise and loving it where it is today. Even if you’re not at your goal you need to love your body for all that it is today. Your body is doing amazing things for you as you work towards your goals.

The results are in!

These numbers might not mean anything to you personally but it represents a group of women coming together and working hard on their goals for 21 days.

Today I got the privilege of hearing everyone’s stories on how their life has changed in the last 21 days and here are just a few of them:

Why Not You

Have you ever felt like your life was completely out of control and the things you wanted were very far out of reach? Your heart was full of big dreams but you had no idea how you would make them happen? All you wanted was stability but your life was filled with chaos?

That was me last year when we moved to Washington. Our life of stability had come crashing down and we had to start over. I knew I wanted to stay home with my kids but I needed a way to help support our family financially. It was in those dark moments that I decided I would give Beachbody my all. I would do everything I could to grow my business and keep my dreams alive.

Do I share this to brag and boast about how awesome I am? NOPE. In fact, it scares me more than anything to share this with you. But I need you to know that if I can do it, SO CAN YOU!!

I’m not doing anything that I couldn’t teach you how to do. I don’t have any special secrets that help me be successful. The only thing that I’m doing is showing up every single day, working hard and pushing towards my goals. I have a huge desire to make my dreams come true. I want to buy a home, be able to travel and have freedom and financial stability.

21 Day Fix: Breakfast Scramble

I love a breakfast scramble.  What’s better than taking your favorite things and putting them all together at once?

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 eggs
  • potatoes
  • tomatoes
  • onions
  • avocado
  • hot sauce (optional)

Here’s what to do:

  1. Cook your potatoes in the microwave
  2. Add veggies and cooked potatoes to a pan and cook them until desired doneness (I like to give them a little color)
  3. Scramble your eggs in a pan
  4. Add the avocado at the last minute.
  5. Place in a bowl and add hot sauce if desired.

YUMMY!
