I used to be afraid to lift weights because…
–> I didn’t know how to do it and was intimidated
–> I didn’t want to “bulk up”
–> I didn’t want to go to the gym and be around all the scary muscle dudes.
–> I figured I could do cardio all day long and see results.
What I have learned:
–> My body needs muscle and cardio doesn’t help me achieve it
–> I get better results and lose my inches when I lift weights
–> It’s not scary and it actually makes me feel strong
–> I can do it from the comfort of my own home
