This is my go to leg workout and I tackled it this morning bring and early. There was some grumbling, a few mumbled swear words and a lot of sweat!
I have a love/hate relationship with leg day.
–> I feel so strong and empowered when I’m done
–> It gives me a nice defined legs
–> It challenges me and makes me push through when I want to quit.
–> Stairs and toilets the next day – need I say more.
