Are you eating your veggies?
I love salads but after awhile they get kind of boring. My favorite way to cook veggies is to roast them in the oven.
Today’s medley: brussel sprouts, carrots, butternut squash and red potatoes.
Directions: Roast them in the oven at 425. Take them out when they’re fork tender.
