I love a breakfast scramble. What’s better than taking your favorite things and putting them all together at once?
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 eggs
- hot sauce (optional)
Here’s what to do:
- Cook your potatoes in the microwave
- Add veggies and cooked potatoes to a pan and cook them until desired doneness (I like to give them a little color)
- Scramble your eggs in a pan
- Add the avocado at the last minute.
- Place in a bowl and add hot sauce if desired.
