Someone told me about Bulletproof Coffee a couple of months ago and I cringed.
Coffee + coconut oil + egg yolk + grassfed butter = No Thanks!
But curiosity got the best of me and I decided to give it a try. Although, I left out the butter and the egg yolk.
All you have to do is put your coffee in the blender, add some coconut oil and blend it up for a minute. It became so frothy and delicious. I gave up coffee creamer a few months ago and I will add coconut oil a couple times a week for a tasty treat!
